- Traffic Analysis. aka web analytics, is a website tracking system that reports information on visitors such as traffic origination, on-site behavior, visit paths, and the technology used to access the site. We use Google Analytics for advanced traffic and goals analysis, but Google Analytics can be a bit overwhealming (information overload). It is for this reason that .Ccom has made our own Traffic Analysis center available which provides our customers with a scaled down, very visual overview of visits, referrals (where your customers came from), keywords (what your customers typed in to find you), and more. - Service Ticket Center. Email is a great communications tool, but it doesn't do all that well at tracking and organizing, archiving and threading. For this reason CPM has installed our own Ticket System so that we can keep track of service tickets, questions, update requests, etc. This is also gives us the ability to automatically create a FAQ center of sorts. If you ask a question that has already been answered, you might just get your solution right away.
Use the "Log me in" box in the left side bar to access the CPM Service Center. Once logged in your user menu will be active and visible. Click on Ticket Center to continue.
- Site Administrator Training Videos. One of the advantages of a good CMS is that you are able to log in to your website from anywhere in the world with an internet connection to make updates, changes, etc. We would be glad to provide you with as many personal training sessions as you need. In case you need a refresher, or just want to dive deeper into the possibilities, we've made available a short series of videos that will take you on a tour through the basic administrative functions of your content management system.<
